It is easy to use and to set up to suit your individual needs. Octal8 is constantly updating the system to comply with changing rules and regulations and more importantly, they listen to the users’ requests and incorporate these requests into updates. A feature that I most like is the phone support. It is nice knowing when you are pulling out your hair because you’ve done something wrong, that help is only a phone call away. We utilize the estimating, job costing, client invoicing, bill paying, BAS and payroll. The system allows us to produce profit and loss and balance sheet reports at any time. If I had to list all the features I like I would be rambling on forever. My best advice is to give it a go, you won’t regret it!"
